At TRU Services, our Finance department provides exceptional service to our partners across all areas.

Premiums are due on the first of the month for that month’s coverage. Payments may be made in the form of check, wire transfer or ACH.

Premiums may be submitted net of commissions and must be accompanied by a Self Administered Premium Statement Form. If you prefer to use another standardized form, you are welcome to do so as long as it provides the same information as our form. Please submit this form by mail, fax or e-mail to premium@truservices.com.

Commissions are issued on the 15th and 30th of each month. An IRS Form 1099 will be issued to all non-corporate recipients if commissions total $600.00 or more in a calendar year.
